Startup Cost Services
Startup Cost Services
Please note that the Startup Cost Service offered is a two-step process.
Once you contact our firm, we will learn about your business and what your goals are. We will gather information from you for our firm to prepare a list of questionnaires to help us develop reports; you will find it useful to give you the "go or no-go." We will then set up the organization with the proper state, get you a tax ID#, register you with any necessary state agencies. We will even set you up with whatever the accounting software you chose! We will also determine the best fit for you.
Here is a list of reports we will prepare:
Startup Cost Report: 1st Step Process
During the first initial meeting, we will send out a client questionnaire form to help our firm prepare the basic Startup Cost Report. The basic level of the Startup Cost Report will allow you to identify the initial investment(s) from the partner(s) needed, determine your fixed costs, and Iastly identify your recurring expenses. This report will be done using six months time frame for the first half of the year to allow us to determine and monitor the level of outcome necessary. After the first half of the year, our firm will discuss and resolve any adjustments needed for the second half of the year during your initial startup.
Financial Projection Report: 2nd Step Process
During our second meeting, we will send out a client questionnaire form again at the end of the fiscal year of your business. This is to ensure that nothing has changed since our initial meeting. For our firm to produce accurate and precise Financial Projection Report, we need to make sure that the changes are being reflected in this report. We will project the following on a 1-Year basis and 1-3 Year basis. Here is what you can expect to see in the report:
1.Payroll on a 1-Year basis
2.Payroll on a 1-3 Year basis
