He recently achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, reflecting his commitment to the highest standards in the investment profession. To further enhance his expertise, Sean also completed certifications in Business Intelligence & Data Analysis and Financial Modeling & Valuation Analysis from the Corporate Finance Institute in 2023.

Wilburt Lubin, CPA

Accounting Manager
Wilburt graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Georgia State University, where he was an active member of the Beta Alpha Psi Honor Society. In 2021, he began his career at EY as a Business Consultant, where he worked on projects focused on improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and optimizing organizational talent strategies.
He is a licensed CPA and an active member of both the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). In addition to his accounting career, Wilburt has a long-term goal of expanding his expertise into law, with plans to return to Georgia State University for legal studies.
As an Accounting Manager in the Client Accounting Services (CAS) Practice at JCox CPAs & Advisors, P.C., Wilburt oversees financial reporting, month-end close processes, and client accounting operations. He works closely with business owners and management teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial data that supports strategic decision-making. His blend of Big Four consulting experience, CPA credentials, and leadership in accounting allows him to deliver trusted, high-level support to clients and to the CAS team.
Henry Nguyen, FPAP

Henry graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He began his career with two of the nation’s largest distributors, first with Genuine Parts Company in the automotive and industrial parts sector and later with Republic National Distributing Company, the second-largest wine and spirits distributor in the United States. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in finance, operations, and client service, preparing him for advanced analytical and advisory work.
Henry is a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FP&A) and an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). His certification emphasizes his expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic decision-support, skills he now applies directly in client engagements.
As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Advisory Practice at JCox CPAs & Advisors, P.C., Henry focuses on delivering forward-looking insights and actionable strategies to clients. His work includes developing financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, performing scenario planning, and conducting cash flow and variance analyses. Henry collaborates closely with client leadership teams to evaluate performance metrics, assess growth opportunities, and design strategies that strengthen profitability and support long-term business goals.
Kelly Underwood, MPA

Kelly graduated in 2017 with an Associate’s degree in Business Administration before earning her Bachelor’s in Accountancy from Georgia State University, where she was an active member of the Beta Alpha Psi Honor Society. She went on to complete her Master’s in Accountancy in 2020 and is currently pursuing her CPA designation.

Reynaldo Medrano

Reynaldo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lehman College in 2020. He began his career as an Audit Associate at Crowe in New York, where he developed experience in financial reporting, audit testing, and regulatory compliance within the asset management industry.
As part of the Assurance & Accounting Services Practice at JCox CPAs & Advisors, P.C., Reynaldo serves as an External Audit Consultant, providing outsourced audit support to CPA firms. He assists with fieldwork, prepares and reviews audit workpapers, and contributes to financial statement drafting. His experience spans multiple industries, including real estate, construction, nonprofit, governmental, brokerage, logistics, and compliance audits such as employee benefit plans and pension plans. Reynaldo is also pursuing his CPA designation to further advance his expertise in the assurance field.
Fozia Paracha

Senior Staff Accountant
Fozia graduated from Georgia State University with a double major in Finance and Accounting. During her time at GSU, she served as President of the Finance Society and as Chief Investment Officer of the Student Managed Investment Fund, where she and her team successfully outperformed the S&P 500 in 2019.
She also gained valuable internship experience in pension plan asset management, where her responsibilities included monitoring operational due diligence, assessing factor loadings of hedge funds to common risk factors, engaging in strategy discussions with investment managers, and reconciling unfunded commitments.
