Outsourcing Process: 

For JCox CPAs & Advisors, P.C. to be effective and efficient during the initial start of any project(s) that we receive from you are the requirements that we will need from you. The elements can be discussed in person or via Webex, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom on what works best for you and how that access to data is required for us to complete your project(s).

Gathering the Information Process: 

Gather the required documents (bank statements, receipts, check stubs, paychecks, etc.) from the client for the accounting period to be updated. Transfer/send them to us along with the latest accounting data file and instructions using the method most convenient to you. Our current method is Suralink.

Project Structuring Process: 

Once we receive your project, we will compile all the documents and check their completeness. 

Second, the assigned bookkeeper/tax preparer will interact with you on what documents are still needed. You can communicate with our team by calling or texting. All data are fed into your preferred accounting system.

Third, before any projects are sent back, we will ensure a Senior Staff reviews the following plan along with the Partner of the firm by checking for the level of reliance and accuracy of our work. 

Lastly, we will send our initial draft of our project to be inspected and for approval by you. We will work with you to update any project(s) to your specifications/presentation to ensure that your client can understand the information that is provided by you to your client.

Delivery Process: 

 -We can return the completed work to you online via email or through our secure online portal via Suralink. 

 -We can return the completed work to you via mail at no cost. 

-We offer professionally bound reports at a rate of $40 per report, with the option for same-day drop-off or overnight mailing. To ensure timely delivery and meet your client's reporting needs, please communicate these requirements at the start of the engagement.

 -We can return the completed work to you via fax at 404-806-3842.

Access to Projects Process:

 -We upload all projects completed and approved projects to your assigned portal (Suralink). 

 -We will ensure you have access to your projects at all times and make them available to you 24/7. 

Turnaround Time: 

 -The standard turnaround for small projects is just a couple of business days, and rush services are also available for quicker deliveries! Specific commitments can be made after studying the volumes and complexity of work.

 Fee: 

-We bill out at an hourly rate of $195.00 per hour.

We will work hard to meet your goal per the project you send us. If, at any point, you find that your project gross margins are not achieved, we will absorb the cost.
