JCox CPAs & Advisors, P.C. will prepare and file your Federal income tax return and one (1) state income tax return for $434.

Additional details:

1. Each additional state return: $45.

2. Work outside standard tax preparation (including bookkeeping cleanup or profit and loss reconstruction) is billed at $42.37 per hour.

Business Records & Profit and Loss Reconstruction

Accurate tax filing depends on complete and organized financial records.

If you do not maintain proper accounting records, additional time may be required to reconstruct your business Profit and Loss statement using bank activity, receipts, and other documents. This work is not included in standard tax preparation and will be billed separately at the hourly rate above.

Incomplete or disorganized records may result in higher preparation fees due to the extra time required.
